We live in a world where,
Justice is denied;

Time has become a reason to live;
Simple things are made complicated;
Nature is questioned for its existence;

Conclusions are biased;
Seen things are turned down;

Slowness is disregarded;
Artificial beauty is admired;
Abilities are judged through grades;
Seclusion seems impossible;
Relationships are just accorded names;

Innocence is damned;
Listening is tagged with situation;
Not knowing is treated as sin;
Conflicts are termed as challenges;
Money is something supreme;
Ego is called as “the attitude”;
Ambitious people are ones who compete with ‘others’;
Accepting is nothing but compromising;
Introspection results in discontent;
Ignorance is misinterpreted as laziness;
Respect is assumed;

So?!
Well, these are the things which I’ve observed and of course most of them I’ve experienced. I cannot conclude saying all these are wrong, coz I don’t know what’s precise. But just reflect on these thoughts, and try to analyze how we are actually living. Seems like, we are messed up following things which doesn’t serve any purpose. We are not what we are!
There’s a “little voice” within us, which constantly reminds about peace (inner peace). We disapprove this “Little voice” and suppress it . Ultimately, we are ones who suffer.
Why? Why aren’t we allowing it to speak? Scared? Grown up? Think about it.

Shilpa I love you... And I love what you've written. In the Chaos of life, we need to stop, and think about all these things. Life deserves more of thought and less of doings..

The world is the way we perceive it to be. If we actually open our eyes and look both outward and inward - the world you are talking about which is biased and superficial doesn't exist at all.
@shruthi- I completely agree with u. But its only when we analyze and realize these things, we can come tell this world is how we perceive.

yeah i told at times coz when der's negativity in the society, der ought to be positive side.
i feel we just have to wait to experience something new and good.
i agree with u coz its reality, but "at times" reality changes.
This artilce left me so mixed that everytime i was to comment something..i had largely deviated and had pressed cancel ..cancel ..cancel..
As i moved down the first time..i had the very same opinion of shruthi..it is like it shouldn't really matter ..cycles of life(cycles of accepting things)
"The wave of thoughts/triggering facts that may have risen in you in this state of mind needs to be pacified or atleast carried away by a bigger wave.." which would happen periodically as the time passes ..helping you getting over the things and more stronger as time passes..
But what i felt i could tell to shruthi is.. this thinking(incl seein,expectin and acceptin only optism around us) merely lies within us..it would make no changes to the reality around us..we manipulate our thinking,succumb,sacrifice and compromise ourself for the only reason to help ourself get better adjust to everything.. no matter whatever..
but every line of the article the real has stayed true in reality.. with many things around us undetermined..
after all what i can say is..if there was a person visiting earth now after 150yrs then he would have said the same lines as in the article..
but the good thing we can pat ourselves while reading this is..
"for every line i read i added -'NOT EVERYONE NOT EVERYWHERE'-" it sounded really comforting atleast.. and true ..don forget to read and try that way once ..
Finally there is no specific view i can get on this article..so mixed..and nice..:)
And one more which i felt was important was the inner voice within us..and we suppress it..so true and most committed big mistakes..
